En els darrers anys, la salut mental ha passat a ocupar un lloc central en el debat social, i cada vegada s\u00f3n m\u00e9s les veus que recorden la import\u00e0ncia de cuidar aquest \u00e0mbit des de la inf\u00e0ncia i l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La salut mental dels menors: una realitat que requereix atenci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A Espanya, les dades actuals del 2025 mostren una tend\u00e8ncia que continua sent preocupant. Segons informes recents, <strong>un de cada cinc menors<\/strong> presenta s\u00edmptomes relacionats amb l\u2019ansietat, la depressi\u00f3 o l\u2019estr\u00e8s emocional, i prop del <strong>30 % dels adolescents<\/strong> reconeix haver sentit en algun moment que no pot gestionar les seves emocions o l\u2019entorn. La pand\u00e8mia, l\u2019\u00fas intensiu de les xarxes socials, la pressi\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica o la manca de referents s\u00f2lids han agreujat moltes d\u2019aquestes situacions, afectant tant el benestar com el desenvolupament personal dels joves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Darrere de cada xifra hi ha hist\u00f2ries reals: infants i adolescents que necessiten ser escoltats, compresos i acompanyats. Per aix\u00f2, <strong>disposar d\u2019espais de suport emocional i social s\u2019ha convertit en una necessitat urgent<\/strong>, no nom\u00e9s dins dels serveis sanitaris, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 en l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu, familiar i comunitari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest context, iniciatives com les que impulsem des de la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Rafa Nadal<\/strong> adquireixen una rellev\u00e0ncia especial. El nostre comprom\u00eds amb la inf\u00e0ncia i la joventut ens empeny a treballar cada dia per oferir recursos que fomentin el benestar integral, combinant l\u2019educaci\u00f3, l\u2019esport i l\u2019acompanyament psicosocial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Els Centres Fundaci\u00f3 Rafa Nadal: un model integral d\u2019acompanyament<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Als <strong>Centres Fundaci\u00f3 Rafa Nadal de Palma, Val\u00e8ncia i Madrid<\/strong>, atenem <strong>infants i adolescents en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat<\/strong> de manera integral a trav\u00e9s de tres \u00e0rees principals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Activitats educatives<\/strong>, que reforcen les compet\u00e8ncies acad\u00e8miques i promouen un aprenentatge significatiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Activitats esportives<\/strong>, que fomenten h\u00e0bits saludables, el treball en equip i la superaci\u00f3 personal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Suport psicosocial<\/strong>, un espai on els menors i les seves fam\u00edlies reben orientaci\u00f3, acompanyament i eines per millorar el seu benestar emocional.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta darrera \u00e0rea \u2014la psicosocial\u2014 treballem amb un equip de <strong>psic\u00f2legs i treballadors socials<\/strong> que acompanyen tant els menors com les seves fam\u00edlies. Aquest seguiment \u00e9s continu i personalitzat: els professionals observen l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de cada infant a trav\u00e9s de les diferents activitats, identifiquen possibles dificultats i dissenyen intervencions adaptades a les seves necessitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, oferim <strong>ter\u00e0pia individual i grupal<\/strong> per abordar diverses problem\u00e0tiques emocionals, socials o familiars. En les sessions grupals es treballen temes com l\u2019autoestima, la gesti\u00f3 de les emocions o la comunicaci\u00f3, mentre que la ter\u00e0pia individual permet atendre situacions m\u00e9s espec\u00edfiques que requereixen una atenci\u00f3 m\u00e9s profunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot aquest treball t\u00e9 un objectiu com\u00fa: <strong>afavorir el benestar integral de cada menor<\/strong>, ajudant-los a desenvolupar recursos interns per afrontar els reptes del dia a dia i construir un projecte de vida s\u00f2lid i equilibrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019esport com a eina per al benestar emocional<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019esport \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que moviment. Aquestes experi\u00e8ncies contribueixen a desenvolupar la <strong>resili\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, la capacitat de superar les dificultats. Jugar, entrenar o competir en equip els ensenya a gestionar la frustraci\u00f3, a celebrar els \u00e8xits dels altres, a aprendre dels errors i a recon\u00e8ixer el propi progr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2, sobretot, l\u2019esport ofereix una cosa essencial per al benestar emocional: <strong>un espai segur i de confian\u00e7a<\/strong>. Als nostres centres, els menors troben un lloc on se senten <strong>protegits, escoltats i valorats<\/strong>, on poden expressar-se lliurement i relacionar-se amb els altres des del respecte i la igualtat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El perfil dels nostres professionals \u2014<strong>educadors, t\u00e8cnics esportius, psic\u00f2legs i treballadors socials<\/strong>\u2014 \u00e9s clau en aquest proc\u00e9s. Es converteixen en <strong>referents positius<\/strong>, models de conducta i figures de suport emocional que inspiren els menors i els ajuden a cr\u00e9ixer amb una base s\u00f2lida de valors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies a aquesta combinaci\u00f3 d\u2019educaci\u00f3, esport i acompanyament emocional, <strong>convertim els Centres Fundaci\u00f3 Rafa Nadal en espais de benestar, aprenentatge i desenvolupament personal<\/strong>, on cada infant troba el seu lloc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e9s Que Tenis: l\u2019esport com a refugi i motor de benestar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altre exemple del poder de l\u2019esport en la salut mental \u00e9s el projecte <strong>M\u00e9s Que Tenis<\/strong>, adre\u00e7at a persones amb discapacitat intel\u00b7lectual. En aquest programa, l\u2019esport esdev\u00e9 una aut\u00e8ntica eina de transformaci\u00f3 que promou no nom\u00e9s la inclusi\u00f3 social, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 el benestar emocional i psicol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a les persones amb discapacitat, <strong>l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica t\u00e9 un valor immens<\/strong>: millora l\u2019autoestima, refor\u00e7a la confian\u00e7a en les pr\u00f2pies capacitats i els ofereix un espai on relacionar-se, gaudir i compartir experi\u00e8ncies. A trav\u00e9s del tennis, els participants desenvolupen habilitats motrius, cognitives i socials, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 troben un <strong>refugi emocional<\/strong>, un lloc on se senten part d\u2019un grup i on cada assoliment \u2014per petit que sigui\u2014 t\u00e9 un gran significat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest projecte demostra que l\u2019esport pot i ha de ser accessible per a tothom, i que el seu impacte va molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l\u2019\u00e0mbit f\u00edsic. En cada entrenament i en cada trobada, es construeix comunitat, s\u2019enforteix la salut mental i es promou una vida m\u00e9s plena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cuidar-nos a nosaltres mateixos i als altres<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En el <strong>Dia Mundial de la Salut Mental<\/strong>, des de la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Rafa Nadal<\/strong> volem recordar que <strong>cuidar la ment \u00e9s tan important com cuidar el cos<\/strong>. Necessita espais on expressar-se, cr\u00e9ixer i aprendre a con\u00e8ixer-se. Projectes com els nostres busquen precisament aix\u00f2: <strong>ser aquest suport, aquest entorn segur on el benestar emocional es construeix dia a dia amb empatia, comprom\u00eds i esperan\u00e7a.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un m\u00f3n cada vegada m\u00e9s accelerat, cuidar de la salut mental \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un acte d\u2019humanitat. Significa aturar-nos, escoltar-nos, prestar atenci\u00f3 al que sentim i acompanyar aquells que ens envolten.
