De hecho, para muchos expertos, la principal clave para l<strong>ograr mantener la motivaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda y en cualquier \u00e1mbito de nuestra vida, es marcarse objetivos y metas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cL<em>as metas siempre son importantes. Son la manera que tenemos los seres humanos de <strong>darnos un prop\u00f3sito<\/strong>. Necesitamos esas metas para que la motivaci\u00f3n no decaiga, sentir la gratificaci\u00f3n de las cosas bien hechas. Esa adrenalina de conseguir objetivos hace que las endorfinas suban y nos sintamos mejor<\/em>\u201d, explica la maestra y psicopedagoga Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Roldan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos objetivos pueden estar encuadrados en campos muy diferentes. Pueden ser metas relacionadas con el rendimiento acad\u00e9mico, con el estatus laboral, con el empezar o mantener actividades deportivas o los h\u00e1bitos de vida saludable. Tambi\u00e9n pueden estar relacionadas con aspectos relativos a etapas vitales, como la emancipaci\u00f3n o el finalizar los estudios. En este sentido, seg\u00fan una investigaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela&nbsp;(USC), la meta principal de los adolescentes en Espa\u00f1a es terminar sus estudios y emanciparse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la maestra y psicopedagoga Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Rold\u00e1n, una de las claves para que las metas propuestas sean funcionales es que est\u00e9n <strong>adaptadas a las habilidades y capacidades de cada persona<\/strong>. Cuando nos marcamos retos, en realidad, iniciamos una especie de <strong>di\u00e1logo con nosotros mismos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede parecer una obviedad, pero para que los objetivos sean efectivos deben ser <strong>realistas y alcanzables<\/strong>. Y es que si una persona es plenamente consciente de que por mucho que trabaje no va a lograr lo que busca, puede pensar f\u00e1cilmente que su esfuerzo se convierte en in\u00fatil y entonces llega la desmotivaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, proponerse retos sirve para cualquier grupo de edad siempre que la persona tenga <strong>capacidad para poder llevarlo a cabo<\/strong>. Eso s\u00ed, entre los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes quiz\u00e1 conviene la existencia de una figura adulta o de referencia para ejercer de gu\u00eda durante el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los objetivos marcados tambi\u00e9n son m\u00e1s efectivos si se <strong>distribuyen a peque\u00f1a escala<\/strong>: \u201c<em>Las metas no deben ser demasiado grandes, se deben implementar en peque\u00f1as dosis. Es decir peque\u00f1os retos que se vayan cumpliendo&nbsp;y a medida que se cumplen ir a\u00f1adiendo m\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n peque\u00f1os, que se puedan conseguir<\/em>\u201d, afirma Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Rold\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro de los errores habituales a la hora de marcarse metas es seleccionar una demasiado grande o ambiciosa. \u201c<em>Si te pones una meta demasiado grande desde el principio, puedes sentir que es demasiado el esfuerzo que hay que invertir, demasiada energ\u00eda&#8230; El cerebro puede pensar que tiene que emplear demasiados recursos y si no lo ve factible. La mente se desmotiva demasiado r\u00e1pido. Es mejor poco a poco, como se suele decir, <strong>\u00a1sin prisa, pero sin pausa!<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, se\u00f1ala la psicopedagoga Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Rold\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el proceso es \u00fatil la <strong>creaci\u00f3n de un plan para alcanzar los objetivos seleccionados<\/strong>, para tener una gu\u00eda o itinerario a seguir durante el proceso. As\u00ed como un <strong>sistema de recompensas<\/strong> adecuadas para cuando se vayan cumpliendo o superando estas metas marcadas. De esta manera, nuestro cerebro interpreta que lo est\u00e1 haciendo bien y que todo el esfuerzo ha valido la pena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esfuerzo y superaci\u00f3n personal<\/strong> son precisamente dos conceptos muy presentes en los proyectos que llevamos a cabo en la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Rafa Nadal<\/strong>, en Espa\u00f1a y la India. Nuestra misi\u00f3n se basa en que cada uno de los menores y j\u00f3venes que atendemos cuente con las herramientas necesarias para poder dar lo mejor de si mismo. Para ello es importante definir <strong>objetivos seg\u00fan las potencialidades de cada persona<\/strong>, y trabajarlos desde los principios de la psicolog\u00eda positiva. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, pese que el inicio del a\u00f1o siempre es el momento donde acostumbramos a marcarnos retos m\u00e1s claros.
