Tiene poder de cambio en aspectos intr\u00ednsecos relacionados con la autoestima, el autocontrol, la socializaci\u00f3n, las aptitudes y actitudes, los caracteres, los valores personales o la gesti\u00f3n emocional, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, el deporte tiene el poder de derribar barreras, unir a las personas y mejorar su calidad de vida, contribuyendo en aspectos extr\u00ednsecos relacionados con lo social y con la promoci\u00f3n de un estilo de vida saludable, ocio y tiempo libre; por lo que es fundamental para prevenir situaciones de riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n en menores desfavorecidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garantizando el acceso al deporte y fomentando su pr\u00e1ctica, contribuimos a un mundo mejor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eunate G\u00f3mez.
