Y es que la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva no s\u00f3lo engloba la parte f\u00edsica, sino que va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1, aportando importantes beneficios a las personas; tambi\u00e9n sociales y de crecimiento personal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El deporte facilita la adquisici\u00f3n de unos valores y fomenta un desarrollo personal y social que mejora al individuo en s\u00ed y sus relaciones sociales. Por este motivo, la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva resulta fundamental en aquellas personas que viven en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad o riesgo social, y es que gracias al deporte podemos equilibrar un poco esta balanza de desigualdad existente hoy d\u00eda en la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El deporte no hace distinciones entre personas: la raza, el sexo, la condici\u00f3n o el origen social no son motivos excluyentes a la hora de jugar o entrenar. Todos partimos desde el mismo punto frente al deporte. \u201c<em>Independientemente de la condici\u00f3n social o econ\u00f3mica, el deporte es una gran herramienta que favorece la inclusi\u00f3n social<\/em>\u201d, afirman los educadores del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionrafanadal.quelinka.es\/esp\/proyectos\/6_centro-de-desarrollo-social-cds\/el-proyecto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centro Fundaci\u00f3n Rafa Nadal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El deporte facilita la creaci\u00f3n de lazos entre los distintos miembros del grupo y, a su vez, fortalece la figura de la persona y del colectivo en s\u00ed. De esta manera, se crea una autonom\u00eda y una identidad de todos los miembros. Tambi\u00e9n se produce un crecimiento personal y se refuerzan determinados valores como la responsabilidad, el compromiso, la solidaridad y el respeto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c<em>Creemos que, a parte de una actitud positiva, son muy importantes las experiencias que se generan durante la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva.
