The Play All project, run by the Rafa Nadal Foundation in collaboration with the Fundación Tenis Barcelona and supported by Nike, continues to be a space where tennis education and the teaching of values come together to make a positive impact on children and adolescents.
For the 2024-2025 academic year, the project evolves by incorporating a new methodology that introduces a circuit-based format, aimed at keeping participants physically active, motivated, and engaged throughout each session.
An Innovative Methodology
The new Play All structure focuses on a rotating circuit format that combines technical tennis training with physical and recreational activities. This approach works on motor and athletic skills while reinforcing the five core values of the project: sportsmanship, commitment, teamwork, effort, and respect.
Sessions are divided into three stations:
- Games and Sports Station
Recreational and sports activities that promote socialization, cooperation, and teamwork. This station focuses on strengthening values such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect. - Tennis Station
Technical and tactical exercises designed to improve skills such as racket control and gameplay. In this station, commitment and effort are emphasized in every activity. - Physical Activities Station
Exercises targeting skills like accuracy, balance, and coordination, using tennis-related materials. This station fosters personal growth, fun, and group cohesion among participants.
The rotating station format ensures that participants stay active, improving their physical performance and participation while internalizing key values for their personal development.

Project Expansion
In the 2024-2025 academic year, Play All will operate in Barcelona and Badalona, adding a new location to the project’s reach. Since its inception, Play All has grown steadily, currently impacting 120 children and adolescents across the following areas:
- Zona Franca: Since 2022, serving 44 beneficiaries.
- El Raval: Since 2022, serving 17 beneficiaries.
- El Carmel: Since 2022, serving 16 beneficiaries.
- Vall d’Hebrón: Since 2022, serving 32 beneficiaries.
- Badalona: From 2024, serving 11 beneficiaries.
More Than Just Sport
In Play All, tennis is much more than a physical activity. It is a tool to develop skills, promote values, and build more united and respectful communities. In addition to its physical benefits, the sport fosters socialization, commitment, and effort—key elements for the holistic growth of its participants.
The Rafa Nadal Foundation remains committed to developing projects that use sport to contribute to the well-being, motivation, and values-based learning of all children and adolescents involved.
