If you wish to request a donation certificate, you must send us an email to info@fundacionrafanadal.quelinka.es, indicating “Donation Certificate” in the subject before December 31 of the current year.
Keep in mind that you must provide the following personal information: full name, ID, nationality, address in Spain (ZIP, city and province)
