Prohibition of Retaliation: The Rafa Nadal Foundation is committed to not taking any form of retaliation against anyone who has made a good-faith report.

Anonymity: Reports can be made anonymously.

Confidentiality: Protecting the identity of the whistleblower and any third parties mentioned in the report, as well as ensuring the security of personal data, is a fundamental principle in handling the reports received.

System Management:: The Foundation’s Compliance Committee is responsible for managing the internal information system according to the procedure established by its governing body. See policy.

Rights of Affected Individuals: The privacy, honor, defense, and presumption of innocence of the individuals being investigated and affected are guaranteed.
