With the arrival of autumn comes an important moment for the Rafa Nadal Foundation: the start of a new Play All course in Barcelona. This initiative continues to grow year after year in the number of participants, impact, and, above all, shared enthusiasm.
The Play All project, developed by the Rafa Nadal Foundation in collaboration with the Fundació Tennis Barcelona and with the support of Nike, aims to offer children and adolescents in vulnerable situations a unique opportunity to develop through sport. Through tennis and a comprehensive educational methodology, the project promotes not only sports practice but also fundamental values such as respect, effort, personal growth, cooperation, and responsibility.
Team training: the starting point

Last Friday, October 10th, the Real Club de Tenis Barcelona hosted the training session for the team of professionals that make up Play All. This meeting marked the official start of the academic year and served to strengthen team cohesion, review the program’s objectives, and share new pedagogical tools.
During the session, a theoretical segment focused on the project’s values, objectives, and methodology was developed, along with a practical component on court, where the professionals were able to share dynamics, activities, and educational resources that would later be applied during the sessions with the children. This training was essential to ensure coherence and quality across all schools, guaranteeing that each participant received comprehensive and personalized attention according to their needs.

Start dates in the different schools
After the training, the course will officially begin with the sessions scheduled in the participating schools:
- October 13: Zona Franca 3
- October 14: Zona Franca 1 and 2
- October 17: Raval (pending confirmation)
- October 20: Carmel
- October 21: Vall Hebron 1
- October 22: Badalona 1 and 2
- October 23: Badalona 3 and Vall Hebron 2
Each of these locations will once again become a space for meeting, growth, and learning, where the values transmitted through tennis will serve as tools to foster emotional well-being, self-esteem, and coexistence.
A project that transforms realities
Since its creation, Play All has established itself as a comprehensive project that combines access to tennis with educational and training actions aimed at enhancing the personal and social skills of children. Through sport, participants learn to face challenges, work in teams, and respect both their peers and themselves.

Thanks to Nike’s support and collaboration with the Fundació Tennis Barcelona, more than 400 children have benefited from this initiative in the last three courses. Each edition has been a step forward in the joint commitment of all entities involved toward social inclusion, equal opportunities, and the integral development of the children participating in the program.
Looking to the future with enthusiasm
In this fourth edition, Play All begins a new course with the same passion and commitment as always, and with the desire to continue expanding its positive impact on the community. Every racket raised, every point played, and every shared smile is a testament to the fact that sport can be a powerful tool for social transformation.

From the Rafa Nadal Foundation, we reaffirm our belief that sport can change lives. With the joint effort of all professionals, collaborators, and involved entities, we continue to move forward toward a fairer, more inclusive future full of opportunities for all children.
A new Play All course begins in Barcelona!
With enthusiasm, commitment, and the firm purpose of continuing to build a better present through sport and values.
