That minors are considered as holders of rights, giving them a voice and encouraging their participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And of course, the project emphasizes the importance of impact measurement and visibility through the communication tools that each entity has within its reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a project that is carried out thanks to the alliance between entities and that facilitates the work of all parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Sport as a fundamental part of the Vicente Ferrer Foundation project in India<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vamshi Origanti , Academy Development Manager at Anantapur Sports Academy , traveled to Madrid to participate as a speaker in this event and bring attendees closer to the reality of Anantapur through the sports projects that are carried out within the facilities of the Vicente Ferrer Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sport works as a driver of change for rural India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ASA&#8217;s sports programs provide regular access to sports for children, promote positive values, create opportunities for the future and make it easier for children to use high-performance sports infrastructure , access to which is limited in rural India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sport is sustainable development, it contributes to the end of poverty, to quality education, to gender equality, to the reduction of inequalities and is a powerful tool and an ally to inspire and motivate all minors and their families. part of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vamshi cited two sport-related success stories, demonstrating their tremendous ability to have a transformative impact on the children and families they work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Study \u201cSport as a tool for development\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luz Mar\u00eda Sanz, the director of the Vicente Ferrer Foundation, took the opportunity to present the recently published study &#8220;Sport as a tool for development&#8221; that offers a holistic view of this transformation tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dialogue tables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After this start of the day, two dialogue tables were organized to deal with various issues related to sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The table on &#8220;Sport and gender equality&#8221; was attended by Reyes Bellver , a lawyer from the LWF Platform , Anair Lomba from the La Liga Foundation, Mar\u00eda Pelaez , a professional swimmer, and Paula L\u00f3pez, from the Torre de Hortaleza Association , who chatted about the importance of women&#8217;s sports, its professionalization, the importance of educating in tolerance and the work of projects that seek equality in this sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"807\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionrafanadal.quelinka.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Mesa.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13831\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fundacionrafanadal.quelinka.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Mesa.jpg 807w, https:\/\/fundacionrafanadal.quelinka.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Mesa-300x214.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fundacionrafanadal.quelinka.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Mesa-768x548.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 807px) 100vw, 807px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Manuel Parga , from the COE, Lourdes Garc\u00eda, a TVE journalist, Beatriz Lara, a teacher at the Camilo Jos\u00e9 Cela University and Eunate G\u00f3mez, head of projects at the Foundation , participated in the dialogue table \u201cSport and development: a multi -actor action\u201d. Rafael Nadal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together they valued the role of different actors from the public sector, private sector, organized civil society, entities and institutions from the academic world and citizens in general in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They also highlighted sport as a powerful socio-educational and social transformation tool , which promotes the holistic development of people, social cohesion and equality;
