proyecto NETS (Nadal Educational Tennis School) es un programa conjunto de la Fundaci\u00f3n Rafa Nadal y la Fundaci\u00f3n Vicente Ferrer en Anantapur, India<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Mar\u00eda Francisca Perell\u00f3, <\/em><\/strong><em>directora de la Fundaci\u00f3n Rafa Nadal y <strong>Luz Mar\u00eda Sanz, <\/strong>directora de la Fundaci\u00f3n Vicente Ferrer, se han citado en Madrid durante la celebraci\u00f3n del Madrid Mutua Open para hablar sobre su proyecto conjunto <strong>NETS,<\/strong> que utiliza el tenis como herramienta de transformaci\u00f3n social<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>El proyecto NETS ofrece <strong>entrenamientos regulares de tenis<\/strong>, clases de <strong>ingl\u00e9s e inform\u00e1tica<\/strong>, revisiones m\u00e9dicas y complemento nutricional diario a m\u00e1s de <strong>250 ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as<\/strong> al a\u00f1o<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>La Fundaci\u00f3n Rafa Nadal y la Fundaci\u00f3n Vicente Ferrer han atendido ya a <strong>m\u00e1s de 3500 ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as <\/strong>en los catorce a\u00f1os que llevan desarrollando este proyecto deportivo en Anantapur, India<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto NETS en la India (NETS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s, Nadal Educational Tennis School), un proyecto conjunto de la Fundaci\u00f3n Rafa Nadal (FRN) y la Fundaci\u00f3n Vicente Ferrer (FVF) para transformar la vida de la infancia m\u00e1s vulnerable en las zonas rurales, tuvo un espacio propio en el Mutua Madrid Open, uno de los torneos deportivos de tenis m\u00e1s importantes en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mar\u00eda Francisca Perell\u00f3<\/strong>, directora de la FRN, y <strong>Luz Mar\u00eda Sanz<\/strong>, directora general de la FVF, explicaron su alianza y compromiso desde hace casi 15 a\u00f1os en un proyecto acad\u00e9mico y deportivo por el que han pasado <strong>3.500 ni\u00f1as<\/strong> <strong>y ni\u00f1os<\/strong> que han logrado transformar sus vidas gracias al tenis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entrevista coincidi\u00f3 con el anuncio del premio <strong>Laureus Solidario a la Fundaci\u00f3n Rafa Nadal,<\/strong> un galard\u00f3n que para Mar\u00eda Francisca Perell\u00f3 <em>\u201creafirma nuestra visi\u00f3n de que el deporte tiene el poder de transformar la sociedad y provocar cambios importantes. Todo el equipo est\u00e1 muy emocionado. Lo vivimos con una inmensa alegr\u00eda e ilusi\u00f3n y como un compromiso para seguir trabajando y conseguir resultados positivos\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precisamente el programa NETS en Anantanpur (sur de la India), iniciado en 2010, fue el primer proyecto de la Fundaci\u00f3n Rafa Nadal. <em>\u201cNETS es m\u00e1s que una escuela de tenis, es un aprendizaje para la vida\u201d<\/em>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Luz Mar\u00eda Sanz. \u201cEn esta escuela, a la que cada a\u00f1o asisten ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os de distintas castas y or\u00edgenes sociales, no solo reciben clases de tenis, sino tambi\u00e9n de inform\u00e1tica e ingl\u00e9s, adem\u00e1s de apoyo nutricional y revisiones m\u00e9dicas peri\u00f3dicas. Seg\u00fan Perell\u00f3, <em>\u201cel deporte es el eje porque inculca valores como el respeto, el compa\u00f1erismo, la superaci\u00f3n y esas son habilidades que se proyectan en la vida diaria\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanz destac\u00f3 que la motivaci\u00f3n y el disfrute del juego es un elemento <em>\u201cque proporciona fuerza a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os. En el terreno de juego no hay diferencias sociales ni de g\u00e9nero. Adem\u00e1s sus efectos llegan a todo el entorno familiar porque se convierten en modelos positivos en sus aldeas\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanz record\u00f3 el caso de Pallavi, <em>\u201cuna joven muy t\u00edmida porque era una mujer\u201d. Empez\u00f3 en NETS en 2012. \u201cAhora ha viajado, sabe ingl\u00e9s y se maneja con las tecnolog\u00edas de informaci\u00f3n. Su vida ha cambiado y ahora es ella la que est\u00e1 cambiando la de los dem\u00e1s porque es entrenadora en la escuela\u201d. En este sentido, Perell\u00f3 expres\u00f3 que \u201cel entorno rural no favorece a las mujeres y por eso es tan importante empoderarlas. Hoy muchas son voluntarias, que es el paso previo a ser entrenadoras\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perell\u00f3 y Sanz destacaron que a ambas fundaciones les une <strong>situar a las personas en el centro de su acci\u00f3n y la voluntad de abrir la puerta a un futuro m\u00e1s esperanzador para que las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os<\/strong> sean capaces de aspirar a sue\u00f1os que nunca se hab\u00eda propuesto por el hecho vivir en entornos muy limitados. En definitiva, el deporte es una forma de vida enfocada en el bienestar, la salud y las habilidades para construir un futuro lleno de posibilidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Rafa Nadal<\/strong> es una organizaci\u00f3n comprometida con el desarrollo integral de ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad a trav\u00e9s del deporte y la educaci\u00f3n. Desde su creaci\u00f3n en 2008 y puesta en marcha en 2010 por el tenista Rafael Nadal, la fundaci\u00f3n ha trabajado incansablemente para brindar oportunidades a comunidades desfavorecidas, utilizando el tenis como herramienta de transformaci\u00f3n social. La fundaci\u00f3n opera programas en Espa\u00f1a e India, destacando su compromiso con el bienestar y el desarrollo de la juventud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Vicente Ferrer<\/strong> es una organizaci\u00f3n humanitaria comprometida con el desarrollo sostenible en las zonas rurales de la India.
