This gathering brought together professionals from the field of mental health, as well as families and neighbors, with the aim of strengthening the community support network and fostering a healthier and more supportive environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day began in the morning with a dynamic session aimed at professionals and families. The first activity was a presentation titled &#8220;The Community as a Preventive Factor in Mental Health,&#8221; in which experts shared their knowledge and experiences regarding the importance of community in preventing mental health issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This talk created an enriching space for exchanging ideas and practices, giving voice to the concerns and hopes of the participants. Activities included storytelling, where the little ones could immerse themselves in fascinating stories; Tai Chi, which taught them relaxation and concentration techniques; boxing, which promoted discipline and teamwork; ballet initiation, which awakened their artistic expression; and a gardening workshop, where they learned about the importance of nature and healthy eating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each workshop not only provided a fun experience but also contributed to the development of socio-emotional skills among the participants.
