Rafa Nadal\u2019s manager and I-Con Sports associate Carlos Costa was present in the ceremony, as well as other former grant-holders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>This is the beginning of a&nbsp;<strong>new period full of experiences, which will surely be a turning point in your careers<\/strong>, at an academic and sport level, as well as personally. It will be a challenging experience that will require continuous commitment, improvement and effort, but by giving your best, you will be rewarded<\/em>\u201d, Mar\u00eda Francisca Perell\u00f3 expressed to the holders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Rafa Nadal Foundation, in collaboration with I-Con Sports, created the Study and Play program in 2015, with the aim&nbsp;<strong>to give Spanish young athletes the opportunity to combine their studies with a sport career<\/strong>, entering universities in the United States, where university sport has a major importance in society.
