Con gran ilusi\u00f3n y energ\u00eda, comenzamos una nueva etapa en la Fundaci\u00f3n Rafa Nadal. Iniciamos el curso 2024-2025 con todos nuestros proyectos en marcha, reafirmando nuestro compromiso con el deporte como una herramienta de transformaci\u00f3n social.<\/h2>\n\n

Esta filosof\u00eda, que ha sido el coraz\u00f3n de nuestras acciones desde el principio, sigue guiando cada uno de nuestros programas, donde el deporte no solo ense\u00f1a a ganar o perder, sino que impulsa el crecimiento personal, el desarrollo emocional y el fortalecimiento de valores como la disciplina, el respeto y la superaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n

Este a\u00f1o, los Centros Fundaci\u00f3n Rafa Nadal<\/strong> celebran su d\u00e9cimo aniversario. Durante una d\u00e9cada, hemos trabajado incansablemente para mejorar la calidad de vida de los ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes (NNA) que atendemos. Actualmente, m\u00e1s de 450 j\u00f3venes forman parte de estos centros, donde, a trav\u00e9s del deporte, reciben una formaci\u00f3n integral que les ayuda a afrontar los retos del d\u00eda a d\u00eda y a construir un futuro lleno de oportunidades.<\/p>\n\n

Uno de los pilares de nuestro enfoque es la personalizaci\u00f3n. Cada ni\u00f1o es \u00fanico, y por ello, al inicio de cada curso, organizamos reuniones de acogida con las familias. Estas sesiones nos permiten conocer mejor las circunstancias de cada uno de los NNA, lo que nos ayuda a prestar una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s ajustada a sus necesidades, tanto en el \u00e1mbito deportivo como en el educativo. Esta cercan\u00eda con las familias y los participantes es esencial para asegurar que todos reciban el apoyo adecuado para crecer y desarrollarse en un entorno seguro y enriquecedor.<\/p>\n\n

El proyecto M\u00e1s Que Tenis<\/strong>, dise\u00f1ado para personas con discapacidad intelectual, sigue siendo una de nuestras grandes apuestas. Este curso, contamos con m\u00e1s de 350 deportistas con discapacidad intelectual en 30 escuelas de toda Espa\u00f1a repartidas en 11 comunidades aut\u00f3nomas. Muy pronto, tendremos el honor de recibir en la Rafa Nadal Academy a estos deportistas para el IX Encuentro Nacional M\u00e1s Que Tenis, un evento que no solo celebra el deporte, sino tambi\u00e9n la diversidad, el compa\u00f1erismo y el poder de la inclusi\u00f3n. Estos encuentros son una prueba viviente de c\u00f3mo el deporte rompe barreras y genera un sentido de pertenencia y superaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n

En el proyecto Play All<\/strong>, hemos dado un paso m\u00e1s este a\u00f1o al sumar una nueva escuela en Badalona. Con esta incorporaci\u00f3n, estamos presentes en 5 escuelas y apoyamos a 120 ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as, quienes se benefician de un enfoque inclusivo donde el deporte se convierte en un veh\u00edculo para la integraci\u00f3n social. En Play All, los valores del deporte se extienden m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la pista, promoviendo la cohesi\u00f3n y el respeto entre los j\u00f3venes participantes.<\/p>\n\n

Mientras tanto, los 50 estudiantes y deportistas becados de nuestro programa Study&Play<\/strong> ya han emprendido su viaje en Estados Unidos. All\u00ed, combinan el entrenamiento deportivo con su formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, un equilibrio que les permite desarrollar tanto su talento en la pista como en el aula. Para estos j\u00f3venes, el deporte no es solo un medio para competir, sino tambi\u00e9n una herramienta para alcanzar sus sue\u00f1os, abrirse al mundo y formarse integralmente.<\/p>\n\n

Por otro lado, en India, el proyecto NETS (Nadal Educational Tennis School)<\/strong> sigue adelante y activo desde mayo, ya que nos regimos por el calendario escolar local. Actualmente, atendemos a 250 ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad de las zonas rurales de Anantapur. A trav\u00e9s del tenis, las clases de ingl\u00e9s y de inform\u00e1tica, estos j\u00f3venes encuentran en NETS un espacio donde aprender y crecer, alejados de la exclusi\u00f3n social y las dificultades que enfrentan a diario.<\/p>\n\n

Todos nuestros programas son iniciativas que usan el deporte como herramienta de cambio social, como un medio para empoderar, integrar y crear un futuro m\u00e1s inclusivo. Creemos profundamente en el potencial del deporte para transformar vidas, tanto f\u00edsica como emocionalmente.<\/p>\n\n

Este nuevo curso que empieza est\u00e1 lleno de retos y oportunidades para seguir marcando una diferencia real en la vida de quienes forman parte de la Fundaci\u00f3n Rafa Nadal.
