Las cifras asustan: un 45% de los ni\u00f1os espa\u00f1oles tiene exceso de peso, seg\u00fan los datos de un estudio realizado por la Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrici\u00f3n (AESAN).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La lucha contra la obesidad y el sobrepeso infantil siguen configurando una de las principales preocupaciones en la actual sociedad espa\u00f1ola. Estas alarmantes cifras comprometen adem\u00e1s la estabilidad del sistema sanitario y la futura calidad de vida de las nuevas generaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este marco se agrava al considerar que los h\u00e1bitos de vida prefijados por la sociedad actual han creado para los ni\u00f1os un ocio excesivamente dependiente de las pantallas, hasta el punto, incluso, de que la hora de ejercicio diario recomendada por la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud pueda resultar insuficiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Algunas recomendaciones generales y de f\u00e1cil aplicaci\u00f3n que nos da la OMS ser\u00edan las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Aumentar el consumo de frutas y hortalizas, legumbres, cereales integrales y frutos secos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Reducir la ingesta total de grasas y sustituir las saturadas por las insaturadas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Reducir la ingesta de az\u00facares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Realizar actividad f\u00edsica, un m\u00ednimo de 60 minutos diarios de intensidad moderada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En definitiva: adem\u00e1s de una alimentaci\u00f3n sana, es necesario que los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes eviten en la medida de lo posible un ocio est\u00e1tico, optando por la pr\u00e1ctica de ejercicios f\u00edsicos, tal y como nos recomienda la OMS.
